Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026. This is a standard draft, not a substitute for legal advice, it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What we collect
Your Discord ID and display name, and, if you link them, your Twitch, YouTube, or Minecraft account identifiers. Activity that earns credits (messages, voice time, subscriptions, bits, chat activity, playtime). A record of every balance change, redemption, trade, and minigame round. If you subscribe, a subscription status from our payment processor (not your card details).
What we don't collect
We don't collect your real name, address, or payment card details. Age is self-declared as a yes/no confirmation, not a birthdate.
Why we collect it
To calculate and pay out credits accurately, to show your balance and history, to fulfill reward redemptions, and to keep the economy fair (duplicate-account and abuse detection).
Who sees it
Staff can see your balance, redemption, and moderation history for the purpose of running the community. Your Twitch chat activity is only used to value earning events, it is not stored beyond what's needed for that.
Third parties
Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and Minecraft, for authentication and activity data. LemonSqueezy, for payment processing, as merchant of record. Supabase, for hosting our database.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting staff through the support page. Deleting your account also forfeits any unredeemed credit balance.
